  • How do I track my order?
  • You can check the status of your order from your Brandwayshop “MyAccount” or from Brandwayshop Chat Service. We ensure timely communication about your order status via Email / SMS under the following conditions:
    • When your order is confirmed / processed / shipped / delivered or
    • When your order shipment is delayed
  • How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?
  • It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your and merchant’s location.
    We will notify you on your registered contact details via Email / SMS about the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details, once the order has been dispatched.
    In case a merchant is unable to fulfill the order on time, we will transfer the order to another merchant. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the same will be cancelled and your refund will be processed. The refund would be credited to your account within 2 weeks after the order is cancelled.
  • How much do you charge for shipping the products?
  • The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the product page. The amount that you pay while placing the order at Brandwayshop.Com would include the product and courier charges.
    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. You are not required to pay any extra amount at the time of receiving the COD order. However, some states levy Octroi charges, which we pay to courier/delivery partners. In a rare circumstances, if you may have to pay these, please send us a scanned copy of the receipt and we will refund the amount in the form of  Brandwayshop Coupon Code.
  • My order is out for delivery, but has not reached?
  • If the status is marked as “OUT FOR DELIVERY”, and is not delivered to you in next 24 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us at [email protected] We will follow up with the courier partner until your order is delivered.


  • What do I do if my product is delivered to the wrong address?
  • In case, you discover that the Courier Company has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us at [email protected]  We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible.
  • Why is my order not delivered within the expected delivery date?
  • There could be a delay depending upon your shipping address, merchant’s location, courier services and unfavorable climatic conditions. You can track your shipment from the courier company’s website, using the tracking number sent to you on your registered Email/Contact number. If there’s no update in shipment of your order in 48 hours, please allow 2-3 more days for courier partner to deliver the same.
  • Can I schedule the delivery as per my availability?
    • Schedule the day of delivery:If your order is not shipped, we can schedule the shipment of your order as per your convenience. However, scheduling the order is subject to merchant’s discretion.
    • Schedule the time of delivery:If your order is shipped, you can track the status on the courier partner’s website and contact them for scheduling the time of delivery.
  • Why have I received partial order?
  • Orders with multiple products and different delivery timelines will be delivered to you separately.


  • Why does delivery time for the same product vary from seller to seller?
  • The number of days could vary depending upon your shipping address and seller’s location
  • . I am unable to track my shipment. What should I do?
  • Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time.   • Can I change the Shipping Address?
  • You may request for change of address as long as the order has not been handed over to our courier partner. You can track the status of your order from Brandwayshop ‘My Account’ section or fromBrandwayshop Chat Service.
    If the order has not reached the shipment stage, you can change your shipping address from ‘My Account’ section or contact us at [email protected]  If your current order has already been shipped, you can still update the address in your Brandwayshop Address Book for future orders. To edit an existing address that is saved in your Brandwayshop  Account, kindly visit the ‘Address Book’ page and click on ‘Edit’. After you have made the required changes in the Address, click on ‘Save’.
  • Does Brandwayshop deliver internationally?
  • No, Brandwayshop does not deliver to international locations.


  • The Courier Company’s message is inconsistent..?
  • .We use services of some of the industry’s best courier/delivery companies for delivering your orders. However, if you suspect that the courier company’s message is inconsistent, please drop us a message [email protected] Under such incidents, we abide by no-compromise policies with the courier companies.


  • What is RTO?
  • Return To Origin’ or RTO means that the courier company tried to deliver the order at your address but you were unavailable. Hence, it is shipped back to the sender.
    What happens after an RTO is received by Brandwayshop?
  • If it was a Cash On Delivery Order, the product will be sent back to the merchant.
  • If it was a Prepaid Order, we will reship the order to your address after your confirmation or refund the same to the merchant.

Under some rare situations, Brandwayshop or any of our sellers can also raise an order cancellation request.These situations could be –

  • Product out of stock with the seller
  • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount

  • Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department

  • Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or sellers of the *Order Transfer Marketplace

*In case of order cancellation by a seller due to non-availability of the product, we would transfer your order to another seller, who can fulfill your requirement.If your order is not fulfilled by our seller after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund PolicyWe will notify you at your registered email address if an order cancellation happens due to any reason.   • You can cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please login to your Brandwayshop account for initiating the cancellation & follow the given process:

    For Prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your Account within 2 days after refund is processed. For details, please read our Refund Policy
  • Can I modify my order?
  • Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Kindly contact us at[email protected] or Chat Us Orders Department for any modifications.
  • Why was my order cancelled without information?
  • An order at Brandwayshop may get cancelled under certain circumstances. For details, please read the policies under’Order Cancellation by Brandwayshop’.
  • Can I change quantity of my order?
  • You may request to modify your order before it has been shipped. You can track your order status [email protected]
    • COD Orders:It is relatively simple to change the quantity of COD orders as the payment will be collected at the time of delivery
    • Prepaid Orders:If you wish to reduce the quantity of a prepaid order, contact us atcom/support. The balance amount will be refunded to your bank account or to your Brandwayshop account in the form of Coupon Code.

To increase the quantity of a prepaid order, we recommend you to place a new order for the same product.

  • How do I file a return request?
  • You can file a return request from your Brandwayshop Chat Service or drrop mail at [email protected] .
  • You can place a Return requestwithin 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Return request will be reviewed by Brandwayshop.
  • If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
  • After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be Not reimbursed by Brandwayshop.
  • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant.
  • 2. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases –

  • Once your request to return an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated. You will receive an email from us, with information on the packaging, return address and required documentation. Please keep the product ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
    Please take care of the following points, while packing your product for Pickup –
  • Product should not be used/altered/ tampered

  • What do I do if my area does not have a reverse pick up service?
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. Return address will be notified to you in a separate email, along with the packaging instructions and required documents.
    In case of Self-Shipment, Brandwayshop will reimburse your courier charges (upto Rs. 100) in form of Brandwayshop Coupon.

  • Can I track the status of Reverse Pickup?

  • How to claim Return/ Replacement for products under Seller/ Manufacturer’s Warranty?
    • Claim warranty by calling or visiting the nearest Service Centre of the product’s Brand
    • For any issues, please contact us at Brandwayshop.com/support. We would take your queries forward to the respective seller

  • Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
  • No, you don’t need to pay anything to the courier representative if we arrange the pickup of your product.
    If you are using a courier service to ship your product back to our given address, you need to bear the courier cost at that time. However, the same will be reimbursed by us in form of Brandwayshop Coupon. The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to Rs.300.


  • Which documents do I need to attach for the return/ replacement process?
  • Documents are required during the Reverse Pickup of any product, after placing a return/replacement request.
    • Reverse Pickup by Brandwayshop:
      • Mention the Order Number on the package along with the Address (as mentioned in the email by Brandwayshop) before handing over the packet to the Pickup executive.
      • The receipt from the courier company must be kept as a proof for tracking purposes.
      • Brandwayshop shall not be liable for any incidental defect/damage, like liquid/mishandling etc. by the customer.
    • Self-Shipment:
      • Mention the Order Number on the packet along with the Address (as mentioned in the email by us) before handing over the packet to the Courier Company.
      • Share a copy of the courier receipt with us, as a proof for dispatching the parcel, addressed to us.
      • In case, you do not get a confirmation from us on receipt of the returned product, you are advised to track the shipment with the courier service provider.


  • How will I know that my Returned product has reached you?
  • You will receive an email from us within 24-48 Hours of Pickup, along with the Tracking details. You can track the package on Courier Company’s website. You can also track the status of your return request atCourrier Company Website.


  • How much time does it take to replace an order?
    • We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center.
    • The replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or in case of missing Order ID on the package.


  • When do you process a Refund?
  • Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:
